Can I buy a custom gift basket?
Absolutely! Lifestyles Plus is delighted to design a gift specific to your needs; whether it is for an individual (wedding, get well soon, housewarming, etc) or corporate gifts with branded merchandise, we will ensure it meets your requirements. And we are happy to provide prototypes on larger multiple orders.

Can I send a gift card with a personalized message in my gift baskets?
Yes. And if it is a corporate gift, we can include your logo on the gift tag.

What if some of the things I ordered in the basket are unavailable?
We would be sure to discuss that with you and find a suitable substitute.

What forms of payment can I use?
Cash, Cheque, and all major credit cards – Visa, Master Card, American Express./span>

What about sales taxes?
Applicable HST will apply.

Can I order a Basket online?
Yes, most of our business is via the internet/email.

What if I want to return something?
It would depend on the reason. We don’t generally do returns because we ensure your satisfaction before we create your gifts.

When should I expect delivery?
We prefer a week to 2 days notice, however we are happy to fill any rush orders.

Can I order a basket today and have it shipped at some future time?
Yes. And we would make it fresh just before shipping.

When I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
Your gift will be properly packed in a box and we generally ship by ground Fedex unless you specify otherwise.

Where can baskets be shipped?
Virtually anywhere on earth.

I would like to order two (2) or more gift baskets and have these items shipped to the same destination, will I be charged the individual shipping rate for each item selected?
No. We would likely be able to package them together and only one shipping charge would apply.

What is the last date that I can place my order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?
December 5th for individual gifts. For multiple gifts, we prefer to have all orders in by November 10th to ensure product availability. We begin taking large corporate Christmas orders in mid-October as we like to provide a prototype to ensure satisfaction.

Does someone need to be home to accept the shipped order?
In this day and age it is preferable and we usually call ahead to ensure delivery at an appropriate and convenient time for the recipient.

Can chocolate and fruit gifts be shipped in warm summer or cold winter months?
We ensure temperature controlled environments as best possible and haven’t had any trouble, however we do not ship fruit gifts out of the Toronto GTA as they are prepared fresh the day of delivery.

Can I ship a gourmet/food gift basket to International destinations?
Absolutely!

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Up until departure of gift, yes. In unusual circumstances we have rerouted gifts, and there is an additional charge.

Wouldn’t it be expensive if I hired an event planner for my special event?
Time is money and we are here to to all the things you don’t have time for.
We work with your budget to ensure your satisfaction. And don’t forget, this is our specialty so we are able to source things you may not be able to find and often less expensively.

Does Lifestyles Plus provide catering for events
Absolutely. Our services does as much or as little as you need. From complete planning and execution to providing services as needed, and we have various suppliers and caterers we employ depending on the type of event you are planning.

How are the costs for concierge services determined?
On an hourly basis. $50 per hour for general concierge service which includes incidentals such as parking, etc. Event planning is much more specialized and we provide a quote for approval based on the complete event before we begin the work. If you are interested in purchasing multiple hours in advance an appropriate discount will apply.
