A Unique Find in Tuscany

Our trip to Tuscany was very inspirational to our gourmet department here at Lifestyles Plus. Not only did we ship some product home, we also began searching for all the great things we had tried during our visit. One of our favourites is La Bomba antipasto made by Allessia and imported by Aurora Foods.

This antipasto is spicy and is wonderful served as a side with crackers and goat or cheddar cheese. And while it is included in our gourmet gift packs you can find it in food shops such as Viva Tasting, Sun Valley Fine Food, Gourmand Inc., and The Epicure Shop.

It also makes a wonder accompaniment for sandwiches and chicken or fish. You may want to try it with my favourite chicken dish… a little something I call Summer chicken (which is really for anytime and particularly now that the days are getting cooler and the bbq is a little more challenging… but your beer does stay colder!).
